“Ferailles Shop” – Our Covid trading update. July 2021

Our Covid update (originally written Sep 2020) & recently revised (July 2021)

We are pleased to mention that the quayside plaza restaurant is currently open (Weds : Sun 4 pm) onwards, evening time. Booking is required. Covid compliant. Call (01493) 331777 to book or ask any questions.

Opening times are liable to change given Covid, always keep in contact to avoid disappointment.

Us, Ferailles shop remains open for business online and operates 11 am : 3 pm  (Tuesday to Friday 2021) even post relaxation of rules on 21st June, we are remaining careful and patient under current circumstances. Vitally everything is available as normal, this can be ordered online & over the phone, also delivered plus collected from the restaurant when open.  If you cant find what you like on the site, please ask.  The unique shop stocks remain available and all information, photos and terms can be discussed.

Ferailles – The shop (at the quayside plaza, south quay) intends to reopen its doors early September 21, “fingers crossed that is,” anyhow, we strive on, above all, we hope you all feel confident, safe and well enough to come along, enjoy this unique setting, it’s sunny service, we have really missed you all and can’t wait to see you all in person. We follow all required Covid procedures and adhere to contactless deliveries and use third party providers that only do so also.
