Description
- This piece is essentially an exceptionally carved and presented Teak Statue
- Depicting a “Khmer Rouge” village leader, we picked this piece in Thailand but it originates from West Cambodia
- The statue has been sympathetically placed on a solid Teak stand, it’s uses within the home are endless; it would benefit from adding a modern LED lighting kit. We are selling this item as a statue first, light second and believe that it will add enormous benefit to the setting it finally adourns
- This statue was reclaimed from an Asian fishing ship that had been left to naturally evolve into a village roundabout. When the government repaired the road, they removed the boat and replaced the roundabout. The boat was sold to a famous Thai collector and hay-presto we fell in love with it and the rest is history. She now stands in our shop ready to meet her next adventure
- The price includes the loose lamp cord but will need adaption in the home! Any questions? Just ask.
- Price displayed on this website includes FREE UK P&P
- We do send Europe/Worldwide = (Subject to agreement/requirement)
- Approximate dimensions: H 127 x W 46 x D 22 x cm and Net weight is 25 KG
- Such a unique and rare statue piece, we simply must re-emphasise that the idea’s and possibilities for her are endless indeed and we repeat, fitting a colour changing set of well positioned LED’s lights around her will set a much more dramatic capture of this exceptional statue in full
